1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CubicReply ("Service") by Cubic Tech LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CubicReply provides automated comment reply, private messaging, and engagement tools for Facebook Pages through Meta's official APIs.

3. Account Registration

• Sign in using your Facebook account.

• Grant necessary permissions for the Service.

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free and paid plans with varying limits.

4.2 Paid plans billed monthly from subscription date.

4.3 Unused replies do NOT carry over to the next cycle.

4.4 Service pauses when reply limit or billing cycle ends.

4.5 No grace period. Renewal is the user's responsibility. Settings are preserved but inactive until renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content.

• Violate Facebook's Community Standards or Terms.

• Engage in fraud or illegal activities.

• Harass or harm other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations without refund.

6. Facebook Compliance

• You are responsible for complying with all Meta policies.

• CubicReply operates through Meta's official APIs.

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted access if Meta changes its policies.

• Actions by CubicReply on your Pages are your responsibility.

7. Disclaimer

Service provided "AS IS" without warranties. We don't guarantee specific results and are not responsible for Meta's actions regarding your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cubic Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate for violations or legal requirements.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms and will notify users of material changes.

11. Governing Law

Governed by laws of New Mexico, United States.
